Who has committed the genocide of the Donetsk and Luhansk region citizens since 2014.

 

 Here are the facts:

 

1. In 2014 virtually every day russian and local television informed the people about the crimes of “the Ukrainian Nazis”, who were shelling Donetsk residential areas with mortars. The reports were accompanied by the videos of destruction, corpses, and crying women.

But a willing researcher could easily find the source of all these misfortunes. A high-side truck was roaming around the city. The terrorists used a mortar installed on board to shell the city. The video of the roaming mortar was made by the inhabitants of the high-rise buildings and uploaded to YouTube. I couldn’t find those videos, but I managed to find this one:

The picture is approximately the same: a roaming mortar, placed in the yard between two apartment blocks, is shelling the city.

It turned out there were at least two roaming mortars in Donetsk.

 

2. In the winter of 2015, the terrorists themselves (perhaps they were the Kadyrovtsy - Chechens) uploaded a video on YouTube showing how they open fire from the yard of someone’s house in Donetsk:

3. Arseniy Pavlov (aka Motorola) is having fun, shooting an under-barrel grenade launcher at the living quarters.

4. GRAD MRLS (BM-21 Grad) shelling of Volnovakha. In this case, Volnovakha was not controlled by Donetsk People’s Republic, but it was shelled from the suburbs of Dokuchayevsk, which was controlled by the DPR terrotists. Official Russian media have started this fake.

“The observers have established that it was shelled with Grad, but from the North. This refutes a previous hypothesis that was voiced by Kiev and supported by Washington that it was the militia who shot from the East.

In reality, they have established the following:

SMM (Special Monitoring Mission) has completed the third monitoring of the government-controlled Volnovakha (35 km south-east of Donetsk), where 12 bus passengers were killed and 17 were wounded on January 13 (see SMM report on January 14 and SMM daily report on January 14) 

SMM has conducted a detailed study of 5 explosion craters. Also 2 characteristic craters have been studied, including the one situated 10 metres from the passenger bus. According to SMM evaluation, all the craters have been made by rockets that came from north-north-east

 

The north-north-east direction disproves the version of the Kremlin media and makes DPR fighters guilty of the shelling (see the diagram). In response, the Kremlin media have thrown in a couple more versions to confuse the public:

• It was a MON-50 directional mine.

• The bus near Volnovakha, Donetsk region, was fired upon from small arms from a short distance.

Later the forensic experts have established that 122mm high explosive fragmentation MRLS Grad shells were used

5. The shelling of Kramatorsk. As with the Volnovakha case, I studied myself who made the shelling and from where and came to the conclusion that the shelling was made from azimuth of approximately 340 degrees.

 

“According to the SMM evaluation, three 300mm BM-30 Smerch missiles or Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS) Tornado were fired. Based on real-time observation, photo and map analysis, the SMM concluded that the shelling was conducted from the south-south-east.”

 

“South-south-east” is the afore-mentioned azimuth. The target was the ATO Headquarters. It wasn’t hit, but 17 people were killed and 60 wounded. Cluster munitions were used. It is obvious that neither coal miners nor tractor drivers have access to MLRS Tornado or Smerch – these were the Russian military.

6. Tochka-U (Point-U) missile explosion in Donetsk. 20 killed and 36 wounded.

This case was investigated by the CIT team – link (3.05 timecode). Conclusion: the rocket came from the Russian military. It is reported that Tochka-U has been completely decommissioned but this lie is refuted by the facts (link 1, link 2) even the original link reports that “some Tochka-U complexes will still be kept”

So, cases #1,2,4,6 – pure propaganda aiming to show in the tv zombie-box  the grieving people who are cursing “Kiev Nazis”. There were several TV-crews reporting on “their crimes”. The reports were well-paid for – a typical “blood business”. Nothing has changed since.

Case #3 is a gangster-like act of a bustard who was later executed by their own FSB.

Case #5 - Russian army were targeting residential areas but missed.

It is necessary to note, that LPR and DPR guerrillas were armed and supplied by Russia, they were led by Russian officers.

It is surprising that these obvious acts that can be qualified as state terrorism have been ignored by the world who has refused to see them and babbled about an internal Ukrainian conflict. This war is the result of this childish behaviour.
